Thank you all for your support! DOUBLE PANE didn't get the Storyhive grant, sadly... It was a fun adventure though, thank you #Storyhive! It's not the end... just a new begining! <3
We'll be pushing the shooting of this piece to next year (2017), time for us to re-think and re-budget the project.

Yes! We have been approved for STORYHIVE Telus, Female Director Edition!
Phase 2 is voting and it's a very important step to get a $10 000 grant. It starts on Monday Sept. 19th till Sept.23rd. We will need YOU <3

Poster Photoshoot
On July 8th 2016, I've organized a photoshoot session with actress MEESHELLE NEAL, Photographer YANA YASENEVA and cruelty free makeup / hair artist JENNY V. in order to create a film poster for the short film I will be directing & producing: DOUBLE PANE.

CHOKE (Directed by Rolla Selbak) is about a successful MMA champion who hides her refugee identity from her small American town, and the world. Sara and her family are Muslim refugees who’ve escaped the vicious war in Syria and flee to the Unites States, where she fights for a new life in the brutal sport of mix martial arts.
